Use of Third-Party Carriers

We utilise independent third-party carriers (such as couriers, postal services, or freight companies) to deliver products purchased through the Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these carriers are not agents of Dartsco, and that we have no control over their delivery processes, schedules, or handling of packages.

 

Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Dartsco passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the item to the carrier. This means that Dartsco’s responsibility for the physical product ends once it is collected by or handed over to the third-party shipping service.

 

Limitation of Liability for Transit

Dartsco is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, loss, delay, or failure to deliver caused by the third-party carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in shipping, packages lost in transit, damage to the product during delivery, or discrepancies in tracking information provided by the carrier.

 

Customer Recourse

Any and all claims regarding products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping must be filed by you (the customer) directly with the corresponding third-party carrier. We will provide you with the necessary tracking information and shipping details to assist with your claim, but the resolution of such claims is governed solely by the carrier’s terms and conditions.
